Josh Groban got his big break in 1998 at the ripe old age of 17 when he was introduced by his vocal coach to Grammy-winning producer/arranger David Foster. Immediately, Josh Groban began working for Foster as a rehearsal singer on a series of high-profile events, including the 1999 Grammy Awards. Later that year, Groban performed at the inauguration of Gray Davis as governor of California.

Josh Groban left the drama department at Carnegie Melon University when Foster offered him a recording contract at Warner Bros. Records. Soon after signing, Groban performed 'There For Me' with Sarah Brightman on her 2000-2001 La Luna Tour, featured on her 'La Luna' Concert DVD, and made his recording debut by singing 'For Always' with Lara Fabian on the movie soundtrack to A.I.: Artificial Intelligence in 2001.

Josh Groban wowed critics and viewers alike, when he played the role of Malcolm Wyatt in the 2001 season finale of the television series Ally McBeal, performing 'You're Still You.'

Josh Groban's eponymous debut was released in 2001. It eventually went double platinum, with over 2,000,000 units sold.

Josh Groban's second Foster -produced album, Closer, hit shelves in 2002. Within 2 months, the album took its spot on Billboard's Top Ten list.

In 2004, Groban released his second DVD, Live At The Greek. Groban was nominated for more than a dozen awards in 2004, including the American Music Award, World Music Award, an Academy Award, and a Grammy.

Josh Groban recorded and released his third studio album, Awake, in 2006.

Incredibly, Groban doesn't just sing like an angel - he's a talented multi-instrumentalist, playing piano, drums, washboard, piano accordion, marimbas, saw, triple-necked electric guitar, flugelhorn, and the dulcimer.

Living a lifelong dream, Josh Groban dueted with Barbra Streisand ('All I Know of Love') in 2007.
