Beatrice "Bebe" Jane Neuwirth (born December 31, 1958) is an American actress, singer, and dancer known for her work in theater, film, and television. Born in Princeton, New Jersey, Neuwirth began studying ballet as a child and later pursued her passion for the performing arts at Juilliard in the late 1970s. She made her Broadway debut in 1980 with the musical "A Chorus Line," which marked the beginning of a successful career as a stage performer.

Neuwirth's achievements on Broadway include recognized performances in notable productions such as "Sweet Charity" (1986), for which she received her first Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Musical, and " Chicago" (1996), where she won her second Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical as Velma Kelly. She has also starred in "Damn Yankees" (1994) and "The Addams Family" (2010), demonstrating her versatility and strong presence on stage. In 2024, she garnered another Tony Award nomination for her role as Fräulein Schneider in the revival of "Cabaret."
